First time using them and had a great experience. Patrick showed up within the hour and was very quick to fix the issue (or so we thought) He tested the system before he left and it happened again. He then ran through a few different scenarios and did a fantastic job explaining along the way, ultimately fixed the issue and was extremely knowledgeable. Gave me a few options to consider but at no time did I feel he was forcing a sale. Wonderful job and will use/recommend from now on. Thank you!

Excellent service. Thorough, efficient and FAST. I was able to book same day. Our tech, Patrick, also gave us great advice on sealing our flooring to prevent water damage. Grateful to have someone looking out for us. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Family members were expected at a family home. And things sometimes comes up suddenly when you are having guests. This time it was the sewer. Toilets were acting up, and bubbling. Water drained slowly from tub/showers. The plunger didn't do the trick. I placed calls to two different Bay Area companies. One company never called back, even as of a few days later. St.Pete Plumbing called back with in 2 hours and an appointment was set up for the next morning. A plumber from the company came out to relieve the blockage. The young man got up on roof to run an instrument through a pipe. After coming down from the work up on the roof, he went inside to check for any back ups. All seemed to be clear until about 36 hours later when the toilets started bubbling again. I gave St.Pete Plumbing a call and another appointment was made for later the same da!. A more experienced plumber came to follow up on the situation. He used a camera and after running an instrument through the pipe he found what was causing the blockage. Thankfully, the waste water is draining well. And thankfully we did not have to pay for the (basically) repeat service. I don't have anything against the younger plumber. He may be newer to the trade; we all had to start somewhere, right? Pricing is a little steep I think, but that might be the norm in the Tampa Bay area. There is a service call charge, like any other company. With this business, the charge is applied to your bill. Thank you for "righting" our situation(s), St.Pete Plumbing!
